Cancellation policy ;

• Low season ; Guests have to state a cancellation in a written letter to the hotel at least 72 hours prior the arrival date
• Summer season ; Guests have to state a cancellation in a written letter to the hotel at least 10 days prior the arrival date
• Peak season ; Guests have to state a cancellation in a written letter to the hotel at least 20 days prior the arrival date
• A Late stating cancellation will be charge as fee of 25% of the total amount reservation
• A none stating cancellation will not have any deposit refund
